As you know, there are several types of accounts in the MUG Systems, and each of them provides access to different services:
- Email,
- EXTRANET,
- MUG e-directory,
- On-line surveys,
- fakultety sign-up,
- eDean’s Office,
- ePensum,
- CMS system for editing MUG websites,
- etc.
General rules of access to the MUG Internet Systems:
- We need to have electronic contact with the users of MUG Internet Systems, that is why you must setup your personal MUG email account (@gumed.edu.pl).
- If a student does not log in to her/his MUG email account for more than 12 months, it is automatically DELETED together with all the content.
- If your MUG email account is deleted, you automatically lose access to all other MUG Internet Systems.

MUG Internet System accounts are provided for depending on the user’s status.
MUG students receive an email account for the time of studies:
- Students’ email accounts who resigned from the studies or were removed from the students list will be deleted. All personal data will be removed from University servers.
