When are the accounts removed from MUG Internet Systems?

MUG email accounts (and together with them other accounts giving access to the different Internet Systems) are deleted with all their content if we receive an information (for example from Dean’s Office, Staff Office etc.) that:

  • A student (not a graduate of our University) has resigned from the studies or has been removed from the MUG students’ list,

  • User of the University Internet Systems has removed his/her approval for processing personal data by:
    - Sending an appropriate request to: webadmin@gumed.edu.pl
    - requesting in-person at Department of IT Systems office,

    Or

  • If the User of University Internet Systems has not been logging in hers/his email for more than 12 months.
