If you lost/forgot your password, there are 2 ways of regaining access to your MUG email:

1. Use the “Forgot your password?” option
   
   
   1. go to the login page
      
      
   2. click the Forgot your password? link
      
      
   3. and follow the instructions given.
   OR
   
   
2. Use Extranet
   
   
   1. log into Extranet
      
      
   2. on the main screen, above the flashing banner you will see a row of buttons – click on the “change password” button
      
      
   3. and follow the instructions given.
