YES,
You can change your user name in the University Internet Systems.

To change your user name you need to:

  1. Send an e-mail to: helpdesk@gumed.edu.pl

  2. You MUST send this e-mail from your MUG email address.

  3. To guarantee a fast and easy change of your user name, please include the following information in your e-mail:

    • Your first and last name (surname),
    • Your index number,
    • Write the user name you’d like to have,
    • Your telephone number (cell phone or stationary),
    • A private (non-MUG) email address.

Please remember:
In the MUG Internet Systems, your user name is a part of your email address e.g.: user.name@gumed.edu.pl

NOTE 1:
Changing your MUG email address automatically changes all your other MUG Internet systems such as: EXTRANET, fakultety sign-up, online surveys, eDeans’s Office etc.
NOTE 2:
Once you change your MUG login, your MUG email address will change as well. However your “old” address will remain as an e-mail alias. This means that all e-mails sent to your “old” address will be automatically forwarded to your new address.
